Alta HR won't pair with Galaxy 9

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I am trying to set up my new fitbit alta HR and pairing it with my Galaxy 9.

I start the set up, select Alta HR, and my phone tells me it has found the divice and asks me for the 4 digit code, however, my fitbit screen does not display anything.

I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off, restarting the app, signings out, nothing seems to work.

Please help.
