I changed from an iPhone SE to the new Palm minimalist phone (Android 8.1). The Fitbit app sees my Alta HR and the Alta HR displays a code. When I enter the pairing code, the phone and Fitbit fail to pair. I have restarted the phone and Fitbit several times. I unpaired the Fitbit from my old phone, turned Bluetooth off and on several times on the Palm phone. I have ensured there are no other Bluetooth devices nearby to interfere. On the Palm, under Bluetooth settings, it sees the Fitbit but will not connect. What am I missing? Why won't the Alta HR connect? Many thanks & Happy 2020!

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @meltennant
I cant seem to find your new phone on the list of compatible devices for the Fitbit App. This may be the issue. Can you please look at the compatibility list here and verify that your phone is or isn’t on the list: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315
Please keep me posted

Hi. You're right. The problem is Palm is not a compatible device for the Fitbit App. I sent a "request" message to Palm a few days ago and have not heard back. Thanks for checking back with me.

Any response from Palm?
