I’m not receiving texts, phone calls, or any notifications on my alta hr. I’ve tried everything that the app said to do along the lines of resetting, troubleshooting shooting, and more and nothing has worked. What else should I do?

I have the same problem and have done all the troubleshooting that is recommended. I have already needed to uninstall the app and reinstall which fixed an earlier problem. 

I have an iPhone 7 and IOS system 13.6.1. Any advice would be great.
