Hello,
About 2 weeks ago my Alta HR didn't show any information. I thought no battery although there was no email notification. I put the band on the recharging cable that evening. When I unplugged the band from the charging cable in the morning, I noticed a wired display issue.

It shows all information(time, step, heartbeat, etc) continuously without touching from my finger. Thus, I tried to reset it following as the instruction many many times on the various sources.
It won't reset and be controlled at all.
Please help me out.

Hi @hermtm2 you shouldn't leave the Fitbit in the charger all night, as it only needs two hours at most to charge. You under warranty? Reach out to customer support.
