My Fitbit was 65% charged when it suddenly died. I did all the things asked, rebooted, reinstalled etc.

This device is a piece of **ahem**.

Plug cable into computer USB port & remove 3 times within 6-8 seconds. Started mine & recharged it in 5 min!
