Alta HR won't show heart rate

I have been using my HR flawlessly for 3 years. In the past month it has all of a sudden stopped showing my current heart rate. I repaired the device once and tha corrected the issue for all of two hours. Please for the love of god fix this bug. I don’t care about my resting heart rate. I just want my current reading back. I can view my current on the device but the app will only show resting. Which as I have stated: I don’t care about

If you are having problems with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
