Alta HR won't show sleep stages

My alta HR has stopped showing sleep stages and scoring.  It just shows the hours only.  I have tried restarting it and checked the fit.  It is not loose on my wrist.  Anything else I can try?

I have had the same problem and Fifbit chat was unable to help. I lost the sleep score then tried restarting at the suggestion of Fitbit chat and I lost the sleep stages!!! I know Fitbit was recently sold to Google and that is when the issue arose. Perhaps they just want us to buy a newer device!
