Alta HR won't show the correct battery level

Good evening

When I try to sync my HR with the Fitbit app it sayd that the Battery is empty.

I have the HR on my wrist with the battery showing as full

Does anyone know what the problem is and how do

Hello there, @maggie1403. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Alta HR. 

Are you having syncing difficulties? If so, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Regarding the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync. 

Once you charge your Fitbit device make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Alta HR will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
