My active exercise is not posting in the app on my iphone.  I have logged out and turned off my phone and then logged in again.  This is very annoying.  How do I fix this?

Hi there, @rnwalks49. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Alta HR before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. 

While reading your post, I was wondering if the exercises are the only data that your Alta HR is not syncing to your Fitbit app?
