Let me start by saying I have tried every troubleshooting fix here aside from fully resetting my Fitbit device, which I am not going to do. All my app and phone versions are up to date. I am fed up.
My Fitbit is tracking fine but won’t sync. It is not discoverable on bluetooth. I can’t set up a new device via the app, as it just sits there thinking and looking for a Fitbit on bluetooth. NOTHING is working.
What is a fix that actually works? Fitbit is losing customers at an alarming rate because of this issue, and I’m about to be one of them.

There doesn't appear to a single fix that will always sort out sync issues but one of the following has always worked for me:
If they are not working for you, have you tried going through fitbit's troubleshooting guide: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
And, if all else fails, contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
