I have tried turning phone on and off and restarting my fitbit a few times, plus turning the bluetooth on and off but my fitbit keeps spinning endlessly when I try to synch. Any ideas?

Something that has worked before for me is to "forget" the link to the fitbit in your phone's bluetooth settings.
