Alta HR won't sync to new iPhone 11

I upgraded my iPhone from 6 to 11. I went to settings - bluetooth, but still unable to recognize the device.

Any suggestions? thanks

This is an updated message to the one I sent earlier. ,in my SETTINGS/BLUETOOTH.. it shows my device Alta HR not connected...however, when I click on that it says CONNECTION UNSUCCESSFUL  "make sure Alta HR is turned on and in range (which it is). has anyone had a similar problem? MY Alta HR is at least 3 years.  THANK YOU PB2012

Did you solve this ? Mine won’t synch to my I phone 11 and  was fine with my 8

I am so sick of trying !!
