I was able to sync both devices this morning. I was up early and so other bluetooth devices were not active. I put the Inspire that was already synced in another room. I shut off the bluetooth on the computer. Then I tried to sync by turning the phone bluetooth on and off. The Alta HR then synced. I did talk on chat with a rep last night but couldn't get to sync. He wanted me to delete all the devices off the account and try to put them on but I didn't want to do that until I tried other options again. There were a lot of people on devices here last night and maybe those bluetooths were confusing the sync, I will say both of these fitbits are older--4 and 5 years old--and I wear them constantly while working inside and out in the yard. I cannot complain about how they have stood up to wear. Today I replaced the bands on both so it's almost like having new devices.
