A couple of weeks ago my Alta started to calculate my heart rate wrongly, recording it at something over 100 bpm all the time and not calculating my resting heart rate which was used to be around 54 bpm. The battery also drained extremely quickly, needing charging every day.
i followed the suggestions to reset, including restarting the Alta, turning HR sync off in the app, syncing, then turning HR sync back to Auto and syncing again. I also deleted the app and reinstalled.
one of the above suggestions did eventually manage to get the HR working correctly however a couple of days later the Alta screen went black and now I have nothing at all. The back of the watch has been regularly but carefully cleaned so the contacts are all staying good.
i notice the green lights are now permanently very bright and although I have not charged the device for five days, the green lights are still extremely bright and I have not worn the watch at all.
any suggestions?

Hi @JJwalks Unfortunately if several restarts dont fix the Alta HR then it is unfortunately at the end of its life. Sorry
