I just can't believe my heart rate reading is accurate.
I do spin 3 times a week, and my hear rate is read as being lower than when I walk the dog?!
I hit the spin class super hard, but it's reading my heart as average 116bpm with zero minutes in cardio, whereas walking back from the class with the dog it measured av 132bpm, with 22 mins in cardio at a max rate of 185?!?
Given the heart rate is a pretty key driver of the data we get from Fitbit (zone / active minutes etc, plus calories), why on earth isn't it more accurate?
Any tips or advice?
