Finally sorted out the alarm problem - kind of - and now for the last three days the sleep is not analysing- so fed up!

Hi there, @Luvurminimum. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear you managed to solve the issue you had with the silent alarms. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Regarding your sleep data, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Hope this helps.

I’ve had no problems with sleep tracking in the past but for three days running I suddenly have nothing. Today it worked but hasn’t filled in the gaps. I have one day recently with no Resting BP at all. My Alta HR seems to be becoming intermittent, less reliable! Despite restarts, removing device and re-adding device, I am just disappointed.

I tried the begin sleep but you don’t get the same analysis - don’t like it!

This Fitbit was fine until the alarms started playing up - I haven’t changed the way I wear it, always the same as recommended by Fitbit - I don’t understand why everything is becoming intermittent
