Alta HR won't turn on

It shows it is fully charged but nothing comes on.

Hi @Rmcat59  you try restarting it? You'll need to press the button on the charger three time until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. To learn more about your Alta HR, click for the user manual and related articles. The Alta series was retired a few years ago and replaced by the Inspire series. Where did you get it? Restarting it is usually the first step to getting it going. Did you see anything at all on the screen when you put it on the charger?

I called customer service.  They are replacing it.
