My Fitbit stopped responding during the middle of the day, but it had been working in the morning. I plugged it in to see if it was dead, and checked the app and it said it was still half full. I left it to charge and at one point it responded so I unplugged it and put it back on. I later noticed it had agian stopped working.i went to the forum and saw to reset it, so I did and it worked. But once I took it off the charger it stopped working again, and will only respond attached to the charger after a reset.

Hi @Emeeleyah Unfortunately it sounds as if your Alta HR is dying. The Alta line have not been available for some years and it is likely they will start to fail at some point. All you can do is to try restarting the device (which you have done). As that hasn't fixed the problem there is nothing else you can try. Sorry.

Same here- app shows a charged device. This is not a coincidence!
