Hello
my husband has had a replacement Fitbit Alta went to him. He plugged it in, the screen turned on then the screen went blank. No amount of charging produced any screen display. Requested another replacement; the same has occurred. So now two Fitbit Alta replacements and neither turn on any type of display. what’s going on? How can we fix this?

Welcome to the Community, @Jewelenz.
If your Fitbit isn't turning on, I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂

Hi, yes we’ve tried the “press button 3 times in 8 seconds” restart, nothing .
