Alta HR won't turn on

My Alta HR stopped responding suddenly. I made sure it was charged and also read the guide and tried to restart the Alta HR by hitting the button three times in a few seconds. Nothing seems to work. It's only 8 months old. Any ideas?

My Alta HR also stopped responding suddenly. After my Zumba, I charged it. The next morning, its screen was blank. I tried to restart the Alta HR by hitting the button three times in a few seconds. Nothing seems to work. It's only 18 months old. Please help me!

Mine just did that this morning! Alarm went off and I went to stop it and boom. I cannot restart and it doesn't do anything. Im so bummed! Please help 😞
