On Friday night I charged my Fitbit as I was going away for a few days. It was working fine although I had recently gone through a spate of having to delete and reinstall the app as it wouldn’t sync, a recent update seemed to have fixed that issue.
On Saturday afternoon I checked my steps as we were about to go for a walk and found that the screen was blank and would not turn on. I tried to sync it but had no luck. On Sunday I took it off thinking it might work once I had restarted it when I got home (charging cable left at home). I got home this afternoon and put it on to charge, it did light up and showed the wrong time etc. Battery showed as 1% so I left it to charge.
A couple of hours later I picked it up to find it is once again dead, it doesn’t show anything and doesn’t show the battery symbol if I connect it to the charger. The app won’t sync either, “can’t find device”. Has anyone else had the same issue and fixed it?
I have tried to restart it but nothing happens, I didn’t really expect it to as it doesn’t vibrate when attached to the charger.
