Alta HR won’t update its charge

Every single time I check in on my FitBit app, it will tell me that a firmware update is available for my charge. Only when I click on the update button, it disappears. Then if I click away from the main page and come back, it will reappear. This has been happening for awhile, and clearly no update has taken place. 

I still update the app, but it does nothing. What could be wrong?

Hi @Kinola  that's a new one to me. Have you tried turning bluetooth off and on and restarting the phone?
