Alta HR won't work unless it's connected to the charger

About a month ago my Alta HR started to shut down randomly.  The only way to get it working again is to plug it into my computer and restart it.  When this happens it generally has 50% battery life.  Any ideas as to what is causing this to occur?

Hi @SueWizz At a guess I'd say it is age that is causing the issue. The Alta HR hasn't been in production for some years now,  so any still working are probably head8ng towards the end of their lives. Restarting   is the only thing that is likely to help, and you have already found that is a onky temporary solution. There is nothing else you can try. Probably time for a new tracker.
