Alta HR wont sync or pair with Nokia 5.4/7.1 lenovo tablet - all fine til monday

Fed up trying to get this to sync and pair. All fine and dandy til Monday. Since then, no sync. Been through everything suggested, took the app off, removed the device  etc, turned bluetooth off etc and it wont pair any more either. I get to the point of inputting the 4 digit code on numerous devices and Nada, zip, zilch.  ARGHHHH!
