I bought my Fitbit on amazon March 31st 2019. It is not even a year old and I never take the band off. It just pops off and I am afraid I am going to loose it. I had a one for years and never had issues. I upgraded to the Alta when they quit selling the ones. I am not happy with the band falling off.
