Alta Hr Band comes apart all the time

Hi I am hoping someone can help me. I have an Alta HR . I only had it a very short time and it kept just coming apart at the side so I actually ended up losing it for months I was very upset because these are not cheap to buy. Anyway I ended up finding it in the garden and it charged up and was fine. My question is has anyone else had this problem ? I seem to remember quite some time ago Fitbit were offering a free replacement band  ? I anyone has any suggestions I would be grateful. I don't want to buy another Fitbit as I have hardly used this one

Hi @goldiesambofeli  the Alta HR was retired early 2019, so you'd be out of warranty as far as band replacement.

Amazon still sells bands for the Alta HR.  I used these straps when I had an Alta HR. I found them to be more comfortable than the original band that came with the Alta HR.
