Alta Hr Won't connect to new S20 Ultra

Why are none of the S20 range of phones compatible with fitbit devices? These phones have been on the market for several months.  This is wholly unacceptable from a modern tech company, especially when there are other smart watches that are compatible ...... come on Fitbit before you lose a huge number of customers😤

Hello @CDee11 Welcome to the Community Forums!.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Regarding your question, please note that in order to use the Fitbit app you must have one of the following operating systems installed on your phone or tablet:

- Apple iOS 12.2 or higher
- Android OS 7.0 or higher
- Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher

If your phone meets the requirements, then please try these troubleshooting steps for setup in case you haven't tried them before:

Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, if you would like to check the complete list of compatible devices, please check:

Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Lastly, I would like to mention that our team is continually adding more devices and improving the compatibility, so if you don't see your device on the list check back soon.

Keep me posted if you have any questions.

Yes my phone meets the requirements, I have tried the trouble shooting ideas.  The problem is that fitbit hasn't added compatability with the Samsung S20 Ultra phone. This is really  not good for a technology company to not have devices compatible with the new phones from one of the worlds top phone manufacturers.
