I went for a long walk today, and clocked up 102 active minutes....the next time I looked at the app, it had reset just the active minutes to zero. This has happened a few times now.
I have read through all the help comments etc and the best advice was to reboot the watch by clicking 3 times on the button on the charger lead. Have done that but it doesn't bring back the active minutes. This is mildly irritating, any advice to solve this gratefully appreciated.

Thanks for trying to solve this before reaching out. I see where your disappointment is coming from. I was checking with Fitbit support and it seems you already have a case with them. I suggest to continue handling this situation with them to avoid confusions.
