The battery won’t hold charge on my Fitbit Alta HR. It only last about 5hrs. I have done the process of restarting the Fitbit, but still is not working properly. Have used alternative USB plugs, but still same issue.
The Alta HR is not charging at all as of today - the first time ever. I’ve plugged the charger in to numerous USB and nothing - acting as if it doesn’t recognize the battery. Help?
