Alta Hr screen is black

My Alta Hr screen is black while the 2 green lights at the back is lit up even when left on the table for a long time. I tried to connect the wire to the alta Hr to try to reset it but the Alta Hr does not seem to detect the charging as there is no vibration at all. Is my alta HR dead? 😞
