Hi my Alta Hr no longer charges and there is a crack on the screen. I have troubleshooted every option to ensure the Fitbit is charging properly but it still does not work. I would like a replacement please and any help is greatly appreciated. Sincerely 😊

Hi @RandiH the warranty period is for one or two years, depending on where you live and where you purchased the device. Do you remember where and when you purchased it? The Alta HR was discontinued a few years back and the Inspire series was introduced.
