Alta silent alarm is very, very weak vibration, use to work good until update.  Is there anything I could do to make it strong again?  I have reset it and still very little vibration.  Help please.

@Gargie It's great to see you in the Community! Seems odd that your silent alarm has stopped being strong. I would like to know a couple of details, how long ago did you update your Alta's firmware? Did you restart your tracker as advised in Melissa's post? Please try this 3 consecutive times.

Looking forward to your response my friend! Smiley Happy

Hi, I don't exctly know when I updated, about 2 or three weeks ago.  Yes, I did restart the tracker, but not 3 times.  I will do that 3 times and let you know,  Thanks

I reset my tracker 3 times and it did not help.  The vibration is still very weak.  Bummer.

Same with mine, junk update has ruined a perfectly good tech product and now I have a useless wristband, joke when companies do this - can I have my money back considering you just moved the goal posts? Doubt it!

@TopherC, I'm sorry for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Alta experienced the same issue. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback.

I would like to turn the bad experience into a good experience.

If you haven't tried before, I'd like you to restart your Fitbit Alta as described in this help article. In case the issue persists, let me know and I'll be glad to assist you accordingly.

Regarding your inquiry about a refund, please check out this help page for more information about the warranty policy.

Keep me posted.
