Alta & Alta HR won't turn on

  • I alternated using both devices, while one alta was charging I always had a back up until they both stopped working recently. I've tried recharging, resetting, cleaning my chargers & devices with canned air. Nothing works, they turn on & immediately off. I know they are charged because they are still syncd to my phone & say the batteries are full yet they do not work? Is this a scheme to get me to buy new ones? I've heard about tech companies using a method of slowing down previous/older versions hardware or making it faulty to get people to buy the lastest model but I don't want to believe that. Where can I send my devices to get them fixed? 

Please help!

Thanks for all the troubleshooting performed before reaching out. To make sure that your Alta and your Alta HR are currently syncing, please check on your app the last time both synced. If they are not syncing, please try the steps in this link Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?. If the instructions do not help, please let me know the model of your mobile device.
