Hi,

I was giftef my 1st ALTA in 2016 but broke my chrger and strap respectively. Was able to buy 2nd hand Alta HR with extra straps and charger thinking I could reuse my Alta and give the HR to hubby.  Unfortunatelt, charger are different and hubby finds the HR too small for his liking. Although, I'm happy using my HR as I can monitor my heartrate having some HB pressure, the band itself is a bit blurry. Now, any alta charger available in NZ store? Can't seem to find it here. Or any suggestion how to clean the blurry screen of my HR band?

Need to save more and longer to upgrade 🤔

Hi @3saNZ Unfortunately both the Alta and the Alta HR have been discontinued for some time, so you will have difficulty  buying chargers. If the screen is blurry, it is probably not the charger at fault, but rather the tracker itself. You will probably need to buy a new tracker. I would suggest the Inspire 2 as the closest tracker to your Alta.
