Alta charged and syncing but no display

My Alta is fully charged, has just updated, is synced to my phone and displays perfectly while doing all of these things, but won't do anything while I'm wearing it - doesn't respond to taps, no clock etc. Any tips? Thanks

Hi @Alta_user12 Try restarting it several times. If that doesn't help then it has sadly died.
