Alta dies when alarm goes off

When the alarm goes off & I tap the Fitbit to stop the alarm the whole thing dies & I have to recharge the Fitbit. This has happened every day for the last 5 days. I really don’t know what I can do to rectify this.

Sounds like the battery is beginning to fail. 

What level is the battery when going to bed.

It doesn’t seem to matter what level the battery is. It seems to happen all the time. I can put it on charge before going to bed then it dies as soon as I tap it. I also have an alarm set for 11.30am & it happens then as well.
