Alta displays charging icon when not plugged in

My Alta appears to be mostly charged but doesn't seem to he operating correctly. When unplugged, it still displays the charging battery logo as if it were actively charging (it's definitely not plugged in, it's on my wrist lol). I'm not sure it's syncing correctly either since the time isn't getting updated properly. I've tried resetting it, but that hasn't helped. Any ideas?

Hi. Did you figure this out? I’m having the same issue with the charging battery icon showing even though it’s on my wrist…and my battery is draining super fast!
