This morning my Alta randomly dropped all activity from 7-10 am, including the hourly 250 markers as well as 22 minutes of activity. I originally checked it when I was done with the activity and saw the steps and 22 minutes on the Alta. At about 10:45 I synced my iPhone/Alta and discovered everything was missing except the steps. Just got back home and logged in to the site to discover an exceedingly odd step chart with the total steps not matching the individual 15-minute record. Anybody have a clue what is happening here and any way to get my numbers back?
