I haven't used my Alta in a long time. It has a full battery. I've tried to sync it, I have tried unpairing it, I tried to pair it again and it said I already had one attached to account, I tried to forget the alta and add it back but it won't let me.I'm at a loss. HELP! I am a chronic pain patient and trying to set goals to get stronger for a big surgery coming up and I really really need help.

Thanks for all the troubleshooting performed prior posting. If the situation with your Alta persists and you haven’t tried so you can restart your device by following the steps in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?. To confirm that your device is paired to your account you can go to your Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture, you should be able to see the devices paired to your account.
