Alta fully charged won't turn on

Hi, my Alta is fully charged. I tap it when it's plugged in and it works. When I take it off the charger it won't turn on. I synced it today. Any ideas what's going on?

Thanks for sharing those details. Have you tried to restart your Alta? If not, you can follow the steps in this link How do I restart my Fitbit device?
