My Alta hasn't changed day, ie today is Sunday and it's still showing Saturday's data ???

Have you synced the tracker today? 

Also please check your timezone. It may have shifted. 

One Sunday morning I woke up and the tracker thought I was in Hawaii. I wish! But I was still on the East Coast of the USA.
