My Alta HR has gone blank and will. It charge or reset. It still had plenty battery in it but it just seems to have died. Is there anything I can do?

Me too. Looking for a way to reset Alta hr but not easy to do in here

There is a button on the charger, located where it plugs into the outlet. Press it 3 times to restart your fitbit. However, I had to do this several times yesterday before it would work. Today, I’m not able to get it to restart.

I have reset mine over the past 3 days and today it won’t work at all. Is this a way to make me buy a new device or is there a battery that can be replaced?
