Alta he heart rate on device

On my device instead of heart rate it is showing WE with an 18 under it?

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. Are you certain you are not seeing the day and time instead on your Alta HR display. Today is Wednesday the 18th so the display will say “”WE 18”?

Now that you mention it that is the date ! But as of yesterday , it was my HR under the time on the display? Not sure why it changed. Thank you for the reply.

By the way you can change the way your clock face displays this information. Here’s how you can change the look:

open your Fitbit App

tap your profile picture on upper left

scroll down an tap Alta HR

now scroll down and tap clock face

pich a new clock face display that you may like 

when your done just tap “Today” to return to the main page
