Out of no where my alta hr just doesn’t charge anymore. De screen is black and the app can’t find it anymore. My alta hr is one and a half year old.  It gets very hot when I plug in in the charger so I’m afraid to to that.

 

what can I do?

If its getting hot please do not try to charge it again

I sent an email to https://contact.fitbit.com and they are going replace it even tough mu warranty had been expired. So i’m very happy.
