Good day,
i have my Fitbit for 4.5 years working perfectly. Yesterday I woke up with the display screen switching between all the options without touching it (as if I’m hyper clicking) and it drained all the battery. I had to reset factory settings after multiple attempts to get it working. Now it’s back to life but the HR is not being measured (blank) and the green lights from the heart rate sensor at the back of the Fitbit is constantly on which drains the battery quickly. Anyone has seen this before or can propose an idea?
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Omansour.
Thanks for the details provided and troubleshooting performed. If you already tried the restart method with the charging cable, you can try restarting (turning off/on) the heart rate form the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile's picture > Alta HR > Heart Rate. When you turn off the heart rate monitor don't forget to sync your device (same when you turn it back on).
See you around.
