Alta hr no heartrate measurement

I have an alta hr and unfortunately its showing no heart rate measurement. I can see the measurement on my device and also on the app however when i click in to see the graphs it says no measurement?? I have uninstalled, force stopped the app, cleared cache etc but nothing seems to work. I am using the most up to date app on a Samsung s9. Anyone any idea??

Same! This just started out nowhere for me too! It shows only my resting heart rate on the graph now - early last week was the last date to have actual data.
