Alta hr only one green light

Hello,

My Alta hr recently stopped working and I noticed that when I do get it on only one light is on. It won’t hold a charge for longer than 30 sec. 

I’ve tried restarting it, cleaning it and re installing the app. Anything else I can do? It’s a year and a half old. But I would have thought they would last longer.

If restarting it several times didnt help there is little else you can do excpet retire it. If you contact Suppprt (link in my signature) they may offer you a discount on a new one (but I dont know - youd have to ask)

My heart rate keeps stopping, noticed only have one green light flashing. Cleaned and its charged, also restarted, no go! Now what?
