Sometime this morning my Alta hr turned off and won't restart. The battery level was at around 72% so not that although I did try to charge it up in case but it is dead. I don't have any buttons to press on the fitbit or cable. I've only had it around 9 months. Can you help me please?

EDIT... watched a YouTube video and found the button but that didnt have any effect😭

Mine did the same thing 2 days ago.  Tried to charge, even though it still had plenty of charge left.  Tried to restart, but nothing?  Am I just out of luck, or is there something else I can do?

Yes this started happening to mine a while back. Usually a restart gets it going again but not sure how long it will last. Mine started needing reset every other day to get it going again. 

So have ended up purchasing another one as was 2 years old! 

There is another thread on this forum for same issues. Called My ALTA turns itself off

Hiya, this is the second one of mine that it's happened to and with so many other people on other posts saying it happened to them I am not going to buy another fitbit, it is obviously not a good lasting product.

Mine did the same thing. I have tried everything they have said to do and it will not come back on. I guess I will be looking for a new device and I'm pretty sure it will not be a fitbit.
