Alta is charged. Won't open after unplugging.

Yesterday and today, Alta turns off after unplugging the charger, despite its battery being full. Looks like many other Alta users are experiencing the same issue. Hey FitBit, is this a software issue that you need to address?

Some users have been able to resolve this by performing a restart, so if you haven't done so, I would like you to please perform one on your Alta tracker. For this, please see: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
