Alta is fully charged, but screen is blank & says it’s synced but doesn’t track anything

When plugged into the charger, I can see the screen & battery life. However, when I unplug, the screen goes blank & will not come on. My iPhone says it is synced & shows the battery life, but it does not track anything. I’ve done the restart/reboot but still no luck. Is there anything I can do or is it dead?

Unfortunately this seems a very very very common issue with the alta. I have never seen a product with so many people with the same issue so much so I am surprised they did not recall them. 🤔 

 

I have tried all the "fixes" but no luck. I guess I will be heading of to get another brand.
